A Texas woman claims a dispute with a client over an eyelash service escalated into a physical confrontation at a salon. The incident unfolded over two days after the client returned several times with complaints about her vision and the appearance of the extensions. What began as an attempt to adjust the service eventually led to a 911 call, a police response and an investigation into the alleged altercation.

The story was shared on TikTok by a woman using the account @diamondwebb. She posted the incident as a three-part series, with the first video briefly addressing what happened and the following two videos providing a longer story time. The posts continued to draw attention as viewers discussed the confrontation and waited for more footage or information.

The incident began on October 2 when the client visited the salon for a full set of eyelash extensions. During the appointment, she reportedly mentioned having difficulty seeing because of fluid around her brain. After the service, the client initially appeared satisfied but later returned because she felt something was obstructing her vision.

The artist removed several extensions from the client’s left eye, which she said improved the issue. The client returned the following day and asked for more extensions to be removed. She later requested a refund, leading the artist to contact her manager. The manager explained that the salon did not offer refunds and had already accommodated the client by making adjustments to the service.

The artist said the conversation then became heated. She alleged that the client cursed at both women and threatened to physically assault her. The artist refused to continue the appointment and began putting away her equipment.

The confrontation escalated when the client swept items from the counter and charged toward her. A physical struggle followed, and the artist said she pinned the client to the ground. She alleged that the client pulled her hair and attempted to hit her, prompting her to punch the Texas woman several times before letting her go.

Police arrived shortly afterward and collected statements from those involved. The artist later said police contacted her and told her a warrant had reportedly been issued for the client. She also said she planned to pursue charges. These details were presented as the artist’s account of the incident.

Texas Woman’s Lash Fight Has Viewers Talking

Viewers largely supported the Texas lash artist, with many saying she did not deserve the confrontation. Some urged other beauty professionals to take extra precautions when working alone, while others praised the artist for trying to remain professional. One commenter joked, “I guess you could say she lashed out.”

The physical altercation also became a major focus. Some viewers found the Texas woman’s description of the fight unintentionally funny, while others focused on the allegation that the client pulled her hair. One commenter speculated that the client may have wanted the lashes for a special event and planned to seek a refund afterward, but no evidence was provided to support that theory.

Much of the discussion ultimately came down to one question: viewers wanted to see the footage from before the lashes came off.
