A Tennessee ER nurse finds inappropriate stickers everywhere after discharging a patient. Jaleesa posted the video to TikTok, stating, “Healthcare is not a real place.” She then showed off her patient’s artistry, and people can’t get enough of it. Her video has been viewed over 376,000 times with over 46,000 likes and over 1,200 comments.
Jaleesa discovered the stickers when she came to flip the room and get it ready for the next patient. She was surprised to find “stickers everywhere.” Stickers can be seen on each of the sink’s handles. On the cold handle, it reads, Warning: Aids, and on the hot, it reads, Warning: HIV. This is only the beginning of what she found. She says, “Not only has he labeled the phone, he’s rubberbanded it.” In the video, you can see that the phone is clearly labeled with Caution: Do NOT touch!
Now, she knows everyone is asking, “Where did he get the stickers?” Jaleesa did find the source of the stickers. She explains, “I come over here to the label printer, and this is what I see.” On the remaining stickers, the patient left a few more notes and even a few doodles. A couple are rather positive and read, “Thank you for everything” and “You’re doing a great job!” One even has a little drawing of a person giving a thumbs up. However, as Jaleesa pulls the labels out, the notes then become less appropriate, with LMAO, a curse word, and even a hand giving the finger. She says, “You can’t make this [expletive] up!”
People Are Loving The Tennessee Patient’s Art
People can’t get enough of the patient’s creativity. However, some are a little concerned, stating, “I tell people every day that the public is NOT OKAY!!” Another points out, “Mind you, this is the work of an adult.” Another puts a positive spin on the discovery, saying, “Awwwww! How sweet of him to remember ER Nurses Week.”
Meanwhile, others feel he has too much time on his hands. One person comments, “He ain’t need to be in the ER 😭 too much time on his hands.” Another suggests, “Charge his insurance for the stickers 🤣.” One nurse understands the feeling, sharing her own discovery: “Last week my patient drew on the whiteboard a whole Picasso mind u.”
Jaleesa shares several videos on her channel @1920.degreez about her experiences since switching to the ER and her daily life.
