While your main goal is to solve the mystery behind the corruption, you can also help various villagers in trouble. Most of the Town Quests require you to beat some monsters, but Merchant Philip is unique. Initially, the man tries to sell you questionable items, but when you reject him, he asks you to help him sort his wares. The early stages of the inventory sort puzzle are easy, but the difficulty spikes the second time you accept the Philip’s Worries quest in AFK Journey.
How To Complete Philip’s Worries Town Quest in AFK Journey
You can accept the first Philip’s Worries mission in the Town Quest Stage 2. The man is a new merchant who wants to join the Mithril Consortium. Unfortunately, his supplier seems to have provided him with questionable wares, from vinegar wine to a random stick.
Although you reject buying his items, Merchant Philip asks you to help him put his stuff back into his bag. Here are the solutions to the inventory sort puzzles in AFK Journey:
Stage 1
- Place the statue on the bottom.
- Put the deer on the left.
- Drop the mask on the right side of the deer.
- Place the stone on the last spot.
Stage 2
- Put the statue on the left.
- Place the bottle next to the statue.
- Drop the flower next to the statue and the bottle.
- Put the two flowers on the remaining spots.
After completing Stage 2, you have finished the first part of this Town Quest. However, you will meet Merchant Philip again when you’ve completed the Dark Forest main story. This time, the inventory sort puzzle is much harder.
Stage 3
- Place the statue on the right.
- Put the yellow sprig on the left.
- Drop the mask on the top right side of the yellow sprig.
- Place the pink rose under the mask.
- Put the long red sprig on the mask’s top right side.
- Drop the deer on the bottom left side of the pink rose.
- Place the small rose and the stone on the remaining spots.
