I really thought Age of Wonders 4 was ready to hang up the realm-crossing cape after the last DLC, but I was wrong because Season Pass 2 is coming. After the terrific expansions we got, including Primal Fury and Eldritch Realms, Triumph Studios, and Paradox Interactive are planning another wave of content that will bring players back to this expansive 4X strategy game. But that’s not all. Alongside the launch of Season Pass 2, Age of Wonders 4 will release its first DLC, Herald of Glory, available immediately for everyone who owns the new pass.

Age of Wonders 4 launches its Season Pass 2 and Herald of Glory DLC today, October 1. This new DLC brings a new society trait and many items for players to obtain. However, players won’t get just this DLC. On November 5, those with Season Pass 2 can also play the new Ways of War expansion, which adds The Oathsworn Culture, Simian and Ogreking forms, new Tomes, and many more things to discover. So, if you thought your time in the fantasy realms was over, think again because it’s about to get wild.

You can get the Season Pass 2 for $49.99 or get the expansions at $14.99. However, getting the whole pass is the best thing you can do, as the previous DLCs have been great, with each one adding a lot of stuff to the already huge game. Plus, owning Season Pass 2 will unlock all DLCs whenever they launch and save you some bucks on the long road.

Whether you own the pass or just the Herald of Glory DLC, don’t hesitate to visit Age of Wonders 4 again. It is a great 4X strategy game brimming with content that even newcomers to the genre will find enjoyable. I mean, you can make an army of frogs who ride spiders to battle. What else can you ask for?
