In an era of social media, it’s pretty common to have people record you doing something with your own phone. People are always looking for their fifteen minutes of fame on the internet. One woman in Detroit, Michigan, got a first-hand experience of just that when she recorded a man on a bicycle who had asked her to film him. Little did she know that the man would decide to use that moment to drive his foot straight into her phone. Fortunately, that man had messed with the wrong person.
The above video was posted to the TikTok account @sabsaid_, which belongs to a Detroit content creator named Sabrina. Most of her videos are typically about her daily life, eating at restaurants, and exploring the city she lives in. In this particular video, things were a little bit different. She goes on to explain that she was in a Detroit alley and decided to pull her phone out to record a Japanese truck that had driven by.
She didn’t think much of the situation, though shortly after the truck drove by, a man on a bicycle did as well. The man can be heard asking Sabrina to keep her phone out, to which the latter does. Unfortunately, instead of doing a trick or something cool for the camera, the man pedals up to Sabrina and kicks her.
It’s pretty clear that he wanted to actually injure her, but instead of doing that, he just woke the beast. Immediately, Sabrina starts to yell at the man for his actions and even tries to take the bike away from him at one point.

Commenters found the situation both hilarious and dangerous, with many people commenting on how Sabrina reacted, saying, “I was NOT expecting that.” Another top comment in a similar vein said, “I thought this was new york the way you popped off 😭.”
It definitely looks like Sabrina’s actions scared the man, as he can be heard saying, “hold on, hold on,” before picking the bike up and trying to pedal away. Fortunately, just as he is riding away, he turns around and pulls down the mask he was wearing, giving the camera a pretty clear picture of what he looks like.
In that same video, Sabrina explains that that particular alleyway isn’t very safe and that she also had her car stolen there a few months prior. Hopefully, she thinks twice before traveling through that particular area again.
