A woman living in Arizona had to come to her father’s aid after another woman allegedly hit his car with her door and refused to take responsibility. The incident took place in a parking lot outside a Target store, and the man had been inside the car when it happened.

Pamela B whatever hit my dad’s car with her door and decided be a rude and ugly woman instead of giving us her information. @Southwest Airlines why would you hire her #southwestairlines #hitandrun #karen

According to the daughter’s TikTok post, the other woman, who appeared to be wearing a Southwest Airlines uniform decorated with bright Halloween accessories, ignored her father’s attempt to speak with her and walked away without apologizing or offering a resolution. When the woman returned to her vehicle with a shopping cart, the man pointed out the dent on his car’s side mirror, and she paused to examine it closely.

Bending slightly to examine the area, the airline employee touched the surface and said she could simply “rub it out.” The daughter quickly disagreed, telling her, “Well, you did hit it, and it’s his car. You shouldn’t be rubbing it out.” She then asked for the woman’s contact information, but the woman refused, repeating that she would “rub it out” instead as she began unlocking her car door.

The daughter responded, “Okay, well, it’ll actually be a hit and run. You cannot touch his vehicle. This isn’t your car.” The woman, seemingly unbothered, replied, “Okay, well,” and moved to collect her shopping bags from the cart. The daughter warned that she would call the police if the woman didn’t provide her details, repeating that “this will be a verified hit and run.”

While holding one of her shopping bags, the airline employee returned to stand between the two cars, which were parked closely together. As she took out her phone, presumably to take a picture of the scratch on the side mirror, the younger woman caught a glimpse of the ID card hanging from her neck and read the name printed on it. The employee quickly noticed, grabbed the card back, and walked away, saying, “Two can play this game.”

The woman then circled the man’s car and came back between the vehicles from the rear side, still refusing to share her information. The daughter told her, “We do have dash camera footage as well.” The employee replied, “Why are you hiding it if it’s such a terrible thing?” The daughter answered that the issue wasn’t the footage but the woman’s behavior.

When the woman argued that the incident was “not an insurance situation,” the daughter responded that they would let the insurance company decide. Giving up, the woman ignored them, grabbed the remaining items from her cart, and began loading them into her car.

Here’s What Netizens Think About the Arizona Parking Lot Incident

In the comments section of the TikTok post, reactions were mixed. Some people questioned whether the confrontation was necessary for such a minor scratch. “Wait what? For a small scuff on the mirror????” one person wrote. Another added, “It’s not that big of a deal.” A few commenters wanted to see the evidence for themselves, asking, “Can we all see the damage or dash video?” and “I think you should show the ‘damage.’”

However, others agreed that the woman’s attitude was the real problem. “All she needed to do was apologize and maybe act a little remorseful, and I’m sure it would have gone way different 🤷‍♀,” one person commented. Another remarked, “If it were a Corvette or other high-dollar vehicle, it’d be a different story.”
