The Magistrate of Jinzhou is a very young girl, but her age does not diminish her capability. Chosen and lent powers by Sentinel Jué, the guardian of the city, Jinhsi is on a quest to improve her Ascension level and Forte skills by seeking the necessary materials in Wuthering Waves. This material quest will make her one of the most powerful Resonators, capable of inflicting the same level of damage as Jinyan regarding ATK.
Wuthering Waves: Jinhsi Ascension Materials
Jinhsi’s quest for these materials is not just a journey but a crucial step in her character-level Ascension. You will help her find the following essential materials for her power growth:

Howler Core are materials you get by defeating Howlers or getting them in some Forgery Challenges. When you need some of these items but in their higher rarity version, you can also use the Synthesizer to create more. However, to get the Elegy Tacet Core, you must defeat the Mourning Aix boss, located southeast of the Fallen Grave. You will also need Loong’s Pearl to upgrade Jinhsi’s Ascension level, but this material is a flower found in Mt.Firmament, an area of Wuthering Waves 1.1.
All Forte Materials for Jinhsi
The Forte is also an essential part of a Resonator’s kit in Wuthering Waves, so you will need all the materials to improve Jinhsi’s skills, too. To improve some of her stats and abilities, you will need:

You can get Waveworn Residue in a few stages of the Forgery Challenge or using Synthesizer. On the other hand, the Sentinel’s Dagger is a reward you get after defeating Weekly Boss Sentinel Jué, although you must first unlock it in your world by going to Mt. Firmament. With all these items, you will have one of the best DPS characters fully armed and ready to kill any Echo. So, if you have the opportunity to pull for Jinhsi, take it.
