Which is the Best Class in Backpack Battles?

It’s a difficult question to answer seeing as the dev continues to rollout balance updates as we all get a sense of the characters. However, the Berserker might be the best for me so far because of two things: Double Axe and Battle Rage. Battle Rage alone makes the Berserker difficult to take down, and if you have the Epic Double Axe, your Rage triggers an extra attack at a damage gain of 3 from its already 6-12 damage rating. The right build can turn the Berserker into a heavy-hitting, unstoppable train.

Even so, since Backpack Battles is in Early Access, there’s a chance for additional characters as well as even more balance changes to the ones we have. Any character can get you through the rounds granted you have powerful weapons, healing, and armor, and if you remember to utilize the recipes. There are countless builds you can play around with to discover your favorite and most winnable class.

Backpack Battles is available on PC.
