Dry Steppes Altar of Lilith – Kotama Grasslands
Within Kotama Grasslands, you can find 4 Altars of Lilith to help boost your character’s stats.
Wayward Plains #1
You can find the first Wayward Plain Altar of Lilith in the Northern Portion of the Kotama Grasslands. Head to the West of Farobru, where you can find a small cave. Inside the cave, you will find the altar. Inspecting this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Dexterity.
The Wretched Strand
You can find The Wretched Strand’s Altar of Lilith in the Eastern portion of Kotama Grasslands. Head Southwest of the Ked Bardu Waypoint to find this altar. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Willpower.
Wayward Plains #2
Head back into the Wayward Plains to find this Altar of Lilith. Head to the Southeast of Ked Bardu again to find this statue in another small cave. Interact with this Altar of Lilith to permanently gain +2 Strength.
Wayward Plains #3
You won’t have to travel far for the final Kotama Grasslands Altar of Lilith. Head to the East of Ked Bardu, where you can find another small cave-like area housing an altar. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Intelligence.
Dry Steppes Altar of Lilith – Tusmaa Rift
You can find 2 Altars of Lilith within the Tusmaa Rift.
Abahru Canyon #1
You can find the first Abahru Canyon Altar of Lilith to the East of Ked Bardu. Be prepared to traverse some rocky areas for this one. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Intelligence.
Abahru Canyon #2
Heading through the same path you took to find the last Altar of Lilith, head up to the North farther to find this one. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Intelligence.

There are 4 Altars of Lilith within Khargai Crags.
The Crown of Fiends
You can find the Crown of Fiends Altar of Lilith to the North of where you can find the Mournful Dungeon. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Intelligence.
The Hapless Frontier
The Hapless Frontier Altar of Lilith is fairly close to Kotama Grasslands. Head Southeast of Farobru and head inside a cave where you can find this altar. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Dexterity.
Bluffs of Olzei
Head to the Southern portion of Khargai Crags. , to the South of the Onyx Watchtower. Here, you can find the altar behind a tree. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Strength.
Bastard’s Pass
This altar is in the far eastern area of Khargai Crags, to the West of the Onyx Watchtower. You can find this altar behind a tree. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Intelligence.
Dry Steppes Altar of Lilith – Chambatar Ridge
There are 3 Altars of Lilith within Chambatar Ridge.
Forsaken Ascent
You can find this Altar of Lilith within the central area of Chambatar Ridge. Head to the Northeast of Fate’s Retreat and head inside the caves there. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Intelligence.
Path of Stray Souls
Head back through Fate’s Retreat and to the South, where you can find a big arena-like area on the map. Here, you can find an altar. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will give you an additional Paragon Point.
The Boiling Plains
You can find this Altar of Lilith directly to the East of Fate’s Retreat, near a river of lava. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Willpower.

The Bleak Expanse #1
You can find this Altar of Lilith to the Southeast of the Hidden Overlook. Search the cliffside. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Intelligence.

You can find the Trail of Bones Altar of Lilith South of the Hidden Overlook in a cave. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will give you +2 Strength.
Bloodsoaked Ingress #1
You can find the first Bloodsoaked Ingress Altar of Lilith bordering the Untamed Scarps and to the West of the Buried Halls Dungeon. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Willpower.

The second Bloodsoaked Ingress Altar of Lilith is in the far western area of Jakha Basin, over a bridge and in a small building. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Dexterity.

Only one Altar of Lilith can be found within the Only Watchtower in the far East area of the Stronghold. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Willpower.

Crane Tribe Hutmoot
The Crane Tribe Hutmoot Altar of Lilith can be found in the Northern portion of the Untamed Scarps. You can find it to the West of the Bloodsoaked Crag Dungeon. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Dexterity.
Galtmaa Bushland #1
The first Galtmaa Bushland Alter of Lilith can be found North of the Sealed Archives Dungeon, behind a tree. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Strength.
Desolation’s Reach
You can find the Desolation’s Reach Altar of Lilith to the South of the Sealed Archives Dungeon in a field. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Intelligence.
Temple of Rot – Temple Grounds
The Temple of Rot Altar of Lilith can be found within the Temple of Rot Stronghold. Completing the stronghold isn’t necessary in order to collect the altar. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will reward you with an additional Paragon Point.
Galtmaa Bushlands #2
You can find this Altar of Lilith to the South of the Temple of Rot Stronghold. You can find the altar within a ruined building. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Willpower.

You can only find one Dry Steppes Altar of Lilith in Diablo 4 in the Fields of Hatred.

You can find the Akhai Prairie Altar of Lilith to the South of Alzuuda within a cave. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will grant you an additional Paragon Point.

Tamuur Hinterland
You can find the Tamuur Hinterland Altar of Lilith to the West of Alzuuda. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Intelligence.

You can find the Ashen Tread Altar of Lilith to the North of the Komdor Temple Dungeon, just off the water. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Willpower.

You can find the Undying Marches Altar of Lilith directly to the East of the Carrion Fields Dungeon, on a small mountain. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Strength.
