This anime-themed experience celebrates Halloween by adding the riddlemaster NPC called The Horseman. By speaking with him, The Horseman will give you a mission to target a random character and reward you with Candies. The Candies can then be exchanged for skins with the mysterious Hatman behind the rocks.
