The new season of Genshin Impact is finally here and players can now experience all the new stuff available in the game. Among the long list of them, Lyney is the new five-start playable character from Fontaine who is also a Pyro bow user. This means that you will need certain materials for the ascension of the character and their talents. So here are Lyney’s all talents and ascension materials in Genshin Impact.
Lyney Talent and Ascension Materials in Genshin Impact
Lyney is the first character released from Fontaine, the new region added to the Genshin Impact as part of the 4.0 update. Lyney is a stage magician and performer and all of his abilities and tools revolve around them as well. He is also a Pyro character which means that you have to gather and farm Agnidus Agate gems in order to complete his ascension. Lyney Ascension Materials
In order to reach the max level which is level 90 of Lyney you will need over 8.3 million EXP and over 1.6 million Mora, like every other character in the game. You can see the exact number of EXP and Mora requirements for each level in the following.

In order to gather and find all these materials you have to travel to different locations and search for them. Agnidus Agate can only be obtained by defeating different bosses or completing trounce challenges like Pyro Regisvine.
The other material required for Lyney’s ascension is Fatui Insignias which can be obtained by defeating Fatui soldiers like Skrimshers or Pyro Agents. Most enemies will drop Recruit’s Insignia but to get Sergeant’s Insignia you have to beat level 40 or above enemies and for Lieutenant’s Insignia you must fight level 60 or above.
The next essential item is the Emperor’s Resolution. This item is dropped by the Emperor of Fire and Iron World boss. The last item is the Rainbow Rose which can only be found in the Fontaine region.
Lyney’s Talent Essential Materials
Lyney has three different talents and each of which can be leveled up to 10. To upgrade them you will different set of materials as well as some Mora at your disposal. Here is the full list of essential materials for Lyney’s Talent.

The two new items mentioned in the list are Series of Equity books and Primordial Greenbloom. In order to obtain books from the Equity series you must clear the Pale Forgotten Glory domain on Monday, Sunda, or Thursday.

To get the Primordial Greenbloom on the other hand you must go to the Realm of Beginnings in Sumeru. After you cleared the domain you must pay the Original Resin cost and afterward, you will be able to obtain the Primordial Greenbloom.
