Scosglen Altar of Lilith Locations – The Emerald Chase
Three different altars can be found within the Emerald Chase location.
Greenglen Meadows
Starting from Cerrigar, the main city in Scosglen, head to the Southeast. Following the image above, you will find the Altar of Lilith in this location, shrouded by trees. Interacting with this Scosglen Altar of Lilith in Diablo 4 will permanently grant +2 Strength for all your characters.
Old Forest Clearing
Like the previous altar, you can find this Altar of Lilith hiding among the trees. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Dexterity.
Shadow Wood
Within the Shadow Wood area of The Emerald Chase, you can find the final Altar of Lilith in the region to the West of Cerrigar, along the edge of a ravine. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Intelligence.
Scosglen Altar of Lilith – Westering Lowlands
Three altars can be found within the Westering Lowlands area.
The Witan Wolds
You can find the Witan Wolds Altar of Lilith near Firebreak Manor. Head outside Firebreak Manor using the North entrance and head to the Northwest of the town. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Dexterity.
Laglend Fen
You can find the Leglend Fen Altar of Lilith to the Southwest of Firebreak Manor within the same area. Look for a small group of rocks and trees out in the open, and you will see the altar among them. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Willpower.
Outlaws Grove
You can find the Outlaws Grove Altar of Lilith directly West of Firebreak Manor and slightly to the South. This altar borders the edge of Scosglen and can be found within the trees. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Willpower.
Scosglen Altar of Lilith – The Downs
Three altars can be found within The Down.
Wealaf Rise
In the Southern portion of The Down, you can find Wealaf Rise, an old fort that now appears to be in ruins. You can find the Wealaf Rise Altar of Lilith within the ruined fort. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Dexterity.
The Unhallowed Pit
You can find The Unhallowed Pit’s Altar of Lilith in Diablo 4 in the center of the area among some trees, as shown in the image above. Interact with this Altar of Lilith to permanently gain +2 Dexterity.
Wraithstead
You can find the Wraithstead Altar of Lilith close by the Oldstones Dungeon. The altar can be found among some tall grass. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Strength.
Scosglen Altar of Lilith – Moordaine Lodge
There is only one Altar of Lilith to find within Moordaine Lodge.
Moordaine Lodge
You can find the Moordaine Lodge Altar of Lilith near the Twisted Hollow area. However, to gain access to it, you must duck under a log to reach the other side where the altar sits. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith permanently grants you +2 Willpower.
Scoglen Altar of Lilith – Highland Wilds
Six total Altars of Lilith can be found within the Highland Wilds in Scosglen.
The Great Northern Plains
You can find the Great Northern Plains Altar of Lilith in the far West area of Highland Wilds, near the Abandoned Barrow Dungeon. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Strength.
Gloom Pine Pass
You can find the Gloom Pine Pass Altar of Lilith in the Northwestern portion of the Highland Wilds. Head to the East of the inn to find the altar in some trees. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Dexterity.
Maddux Hill
You can find the Maddux Hill Altar of Lilith in the Southwestern portion of the area. Head to the area and climb down the cliff there to find the altar sitting on the ledge. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Intelligence.
Dead Forest #1
The first Dead Forest Altar of Lilith can be found in the Southern area of the region. Search the area to the East of The Hive Dungeon to find the altar near a wall of rock. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Willpower.
Dead Forest #2
The second Dead Forest Altar of Lilith can be found in the Eastern portion of Highland Wilds between two dungeons, the Forlorn Hovel Dungeon and the Whispering Pines Dungeon. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Strength.
The Withered Scrubs
The Withered Scrubs Altar of Lilith can be found out in the open within Highland Wilds. This altar is to the West of the Whispering Pines Dungeon. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Strength.
Scosglen Altar of Lilith – The Shrouded Moors
There are 3 Altars of Lilith that can be found within The Shrouded Moors in Scosglen.
The Daudur Peats
The Daudur Peats Altar of Lilith is on the Southernmost border of The Shrouded Moors, near the Highland Wilds. You can find this altar in the corner of a ruined building near the stone wall. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Intelligence.
The Blood Vale
You can find the Blood Wave Altar of Lilith in The Shrouded Moors. Head to the Western side of The Shrouded Moors, near the edge of where the map begins to turn red. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Intelligence.
Loch Raeth
You can find the Loch Raeth Altar of Lilith in the central portion of The Shrouded Moors. Travel West from the Tiramair Waypoint. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Strength.
Scosglen Altar of Lilith – Strand
There are three Altars of Lilith that can be found in the Strand region of Scosglen.
Fiabre
The Fiabre Altar of Lilith is in the Easternmost portion of Strand. There, you can find this Altar of Lilith near a tree over a bridge. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Willpower.
Razor Shoals
Razor Shoals is in the Northeastern portion of Strand. You can find the Razors Shoals Altar of Lilith near the border between Strand and Caen Adar. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Strength.
Torvstrath
You can find the Torvstrath Altar of Lilith in the center of Strand. Head into the old shack in the area shown above to find the Tarvstrath altar. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Willpower.

You can find three Altars of Lilith within the Wailing Hill portion of Scosglen.
Bronagh Expanse
You can find the Bronagh Expanse on the Southern portion of the Wailing Hill Region directly to the East of the Raethwind Wilds Dungeon. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Willpower.
Wailing Coast
You can find the Wailing Coast Altar of Lilith in the central area of Wailing Hill. You can find the altar at the location shown above, hidden among some trees and tall grass. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith with permanently grant you +2 Strength.
Ancestor Heights
You can find the Ancestor Heights Altar of Lilith in the Northern portion of Wailing Hill. The altar is near the Weeping Cairns Dungeon. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Intelligence.
Scosglen Altar of Lilith – Northshore
There are four different Altars of Lilith that are located within Northshore.
The Old Mine Works
You can find the Old Mine Works Altar of Lilith near the center of Northshore. You can find the altar sitting in a lean-to-style hut. Interact with the Altar of Lilith to gain a permanent +2 Intelligence.
Writhing Brook
You can find the Writing Brook Altar of Lilith Directly South of Marowen. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will grant you a permanent +2 Dexterity.
Stormbreak Cove
You can find the Stormbreak Cover Altar of Lilith on the East portion of Northshore. You will find the altar behind some rocks right on the shore. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Strength.
The Cursed Scarps
You can find the Cursed Scarps Altar of Lilith in the Northern portion of the Northshore, right on the coast. Interact with this Altar of Lilith to permanently gain +2 Dexterity.
Scosglen Altar of Lilith – Hope’s Light
There is only one Altar of Lilith within Hope’s Light in Scosglen.
The Cursed Bay
To get to The Cursed Bay Altar of Lilith, you will have to cross over both portions of the shipwreck. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Strength.
Scosglen Altar of Lilith – Deep Forest
You will find four Altars of Lilith in the Deep Woods.
The Ancient Woods #1
You can find the first Ancient Woods Altar of Lilith in the Northeastern area of the Deep Forest. Here, you can find the altar on the ledge of a cliff next to a stone wall. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith with permanently grant you +2 Dexterity.
The Ancient Woods #2
The second Ancient Woods Scosglen Altar of Lilith location is in the central area of the Deep Forest. Here, you can find the altar surrounded by some trees. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Intelligence.
The Ancient Woods #3
You can find the third Ancient Woods Altar of Lilith in the Southwest area of the Deep Forest. You will find it near the border to the Dry Steppes. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Dexterity.
Tur Dulra
You can find the Tur Dulra Altar of Lilith in Diablo 4 on the Western border of the Deep Forest. Interacting with this Altar of Lilith will permanently grant you +2 Intelligence.
