Many gacha gamers might be used to nations and planets, but Zenless Zone Zero is here to shake things up. Instead of moving between continents or worlds, every Agent inhabits the futuristic city of New Eridu. In it, you can find almost every faction ZZZ has to offer. Since Agents belong to these particular organizations, many Proxies want to know which one has the best Agent. If you want to see who you’ll hire or, rather, pull, we’ve compiled a list of all playable factions in Zenless Zone Zero.
All Playable Characters and Factions in ZZZ
As of Version 1.0, there are six playable factions in ZZZ. Most of these groups contain four to five members. However, it doesn’t mean all characters are available right now. Below, we’ll list all confirmed factions in the game and their playable characters. Also, we’ll try not to include leaks for upcoming characters, as these tend to change as the game progresses.
6. Cunning Hares
During ZZZ‘s first trailers, the Cunning Hares (AKA Gentle House) was the first faction we got to see. It shouldn’t be a surprise since the game’s poster character belongs to this group. Led by Nicole Demara, these Hollow-divers take all sorts of jobs around New Eridu and are the first ones to contact our Proxies, Belle and Wise. Here’s the full list of members:

5. Belobog Heavy Industries
If the name sounds familiar to you, it is because we’ve also heard about Belobog in another HoYoverse game, which is Honkai Star Rail. However, instead of a city, Zenless Zone Zero features one of the biggest companies in New Eridu. Belobog Heavy Industries is in charge of all the heavy lifting in this city (no pun intended). While they are builders first and foremost, don’t let that fool you, as these members aren’t afraid of diving into Hollows for work.

4. Victoria Housekeeping Co.
Undoubtedly, one of the greatest faction concepts in Zenless Zone Zero is the one behind Victoria Housekeeping Co. Think about it. You have a bunch of people dressed as maids doing some sort of mafia-like job and even diving into Hollows with style. If that isn’t cool, I don’t know what is. Plus, this faction houses the lord of all furries, so it deserves the highest praise there is. Here are its members:

3. Sons of Calydon
While the three first factions had a lot of promotion before the launch of ZZZ, there are three more that HoYoverse kept behind its curtains. One of the first is the Sons of Calydon. This group resembles a biker gang with a few futuristic touches. A few members have been teased already, but only a couple of Agents are playable right now.

2. Criminal Investigation Special Response Team (C.I.S.R.T)
Those eager to play as the long arm of the law can look no further. The Criminal Investigation Special Response Team, or C.I.S.R.T, if you want to avoid the mouthful, is the group in charge of helping anyone in New Eridu. We’re still not sure how they’ll work with our Proxies, but we’re eager to see their interactions. So far, there’s only one confirmed member for Version 1.0.

1. Section 6
Last but not least, we have one of the most mysterious factions in ZZZ, with some of the best-looking characters as well. There isn’t a lot of information about Section 6, but according to the description, they hunt “evil,” regardless of who or what that may be. By the looks of it, these Agents have some sort of supernatural abilities and even welcome demon-like members into their ranks. Speaking of which, these are the playable ones.

As you can see, there are plenty of factions in Zenless Zone Zero, and knowing HoYoverse’s track record, these won’t be the last. The 1.0 Version of this gacha game brought many great Agents for players to hire. But since this game is still quite new, we can expect more characters to join the roster and help us when doing some Hollow-diving.
