Some Americans are so overly obsessed with the Second Amendment to the point that they sound delusional and dangerous. An Amazon driver in Texas delivering mail to a customer’s home spotted two signs that were definitely in the realm of ‘unhinged extremist.’ Both were aggressively threatening to anyone who dared trespass on the property, with strong implications of violence. But instead of being scared, the driver took photos of the homeowner’s signs to blast him on Reddit.

“People in TX are so full of sh*t,” the Amazon driver’s post began. He continued, “Bro, you live in the middle of nowhere. Literally no one cares about your stupid house with your stupid fence. Like Jesus, these people must be scared of their own shadow.” Of course, the customer has the right to protect his home. However, it was the way he portrayed his ‘right’ that really rubbed off the driver and plenty of other Reddit users the wrong way.

“They want to kill a person so, so bad,” read a top comment. “They fetishize it,” added another. A third reply explained how it’s just a fantasy that these sorts of people live in, “reinforced by the fake news they watch.” It’s likely alt-right folks who wish to imagine they’re living in a dangerous world where “one day, a marauding band of brown people is going to show up to tarnish their home,” giving them reason to start firing their weapons. However, another commenter claiming to be white said that it’s not just people of different skin colors these bloodthirsty gun wielders are after.

“These types of people project and call everyone else paranoid, and yet they’re the ones with all the guns and signage. F**king stupid,” remarks the user. “I swear these people have fantasies about someone breaking into their house so they can shoot them,” seconds another. “MAGA is always full of it lol,” chimed in another individual. Of course, we can’t know for sure who the Texas homeowner voted for just from two photos of their signs. But some feel like it’s pretty obvious.

Whatever the case, it’s probably best for any Amazon driver or even passerby to keep their distance from people with signs implying a thirst for violence.
