Racists are insufferable, full stop. There’s nothing worse than an entitled narcissist, like this woman in California. Like a stereotypical White racist, she crashed out hard when she wasn’t able to rent a room at a hotel in La Jolla. Instead of staying calm, recognizing the issue wasn’t the hotel’s fault, and working toward a solution, she chose to show her true colors. And, well, when you use the words she used, you’re most likely a racist.
TikToker Saintgoyard shared a pretty charged incident of a White woman flipping out at the hotel staff. She loudly and aggressively states that she “tried to pay for a room” and was denied. “You have problems. You have dreadlocks and you’re working in La Jolla,” the woman says to one of the staff members.
You can hear one of the staff members speaking with management on the phone, telling them the woman is coming at them “like a boxer,” which she overheard, prompting her to escalate the meltdown even further.
“No, you won’t tell me who I look like. I’m a White woman who wants to pay for a room and you’re discriminating against me,” the woman argues. When bystanders tell her she needs to stop yelling, she turns her attention onto them and tries to fight back. This woman is all types of riled up over nothing.
During the entire confrontation, the staff members try to tell her the issue: you need a reservation. That’s a completely sound reason. Apparently, that’s not good enough for her. She gets louder and louder as she tries to defend herself and says, “Black people are in charge” and that’s why she’s being “discriminated against.”
She then questions the bystanders about their race, which she believes confirms her victim mentality. People actually behave like this in public? Well, if President Trump can be open about it, they feel like they can, too.
“’You will not tell me who I look like’ after talking about what everyone else looks like,” one person mocked. Another commenter said, “I drove two and a half HOURS… well drive that back the other way,” another joked. It’s bad decision making, you know? You can’t expect a hotel to always have a room. Call ahead of time or you’ll be wasting your time.
