Ever since the days Jack Doherty opened the floodgates to the plague known as “prank influencers,” we’ve seen these individuals go from bad to worse and become just plain annoying. One would think that this behaviour was a thing of the past decade. Sadly, that’s not the case. There are still many alleged content creators who try to make a living by annoying people who are actually working. Such is the case of a recent situation that happened in the Monroeville Mall in Pennsylvania, where a TikToker entered a Crumbl store, playing loud music, and stepped behind the counter to disrupt the employees’ shift.
The eye-twitching video comes from Tyler Wright on TikTok, who posted it with the title MOONBEAM ICECREAM. In the footage, you can see him arriving inside the store with a JBL speaker and playing the Moonbeam Ice Cream song by Benson Boone. However, the annoying part is when Tyler steps behind the counter and enters the place where the employees are working. He records himself dancing and jumping around with one person and continues to do so despite the fact that the employee on the video is asking him to leave.
The video ends with him prancing around the store and leaving it, with two bystanders laughing at his antics. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this “influencer” has harassed people. If you look at his TikTok account, he has other videos where he carries that JBL speaker around and plays music to disrupt other people.
As you can imagine, many other TikTok users shared their opinions on the facepalm-inducing video.
“Since when was bothering and giving minimum wage workers a hard time funny 🥀✌️” – Imran via TikTok.
“He was the guy who thought he was funny in high school, but was constantly looked down on by other students, wasn’t he?” – Noodle via TikTok.
“It’s giving Jake Paul 2016 energy, yikes” – Savana via TikTok.
As you can see, no one is happy with how the situation unfolded. Even if no one was hurt, this person trespassed on the store and interrupted the employees’ shift. Plus, he disregarded the workers when they asked him to leave. Many think the Crumbl employees at this Pennsylvania store should’ve called the police. If they didn’t, it is unknown. In any case, it is likely this man will continue doing his antics; we can only hope he does them without bothering others.
