Anthem, the looter-shooter service game from BioWare that doesn’t exactly have the greatest reputation, is coming to the EA Access Vault and Origin Access. In a press release, EA said:

Anthem is available now in both Standard Edition and the Legion of Dawn Edition for Xbox One, PlayStation® 4, and PC. Play the Standard Edition with EA Access and Origin Access Basic or the Legion of Dawn Edition with Origin Access Premier.

Anthem joins an ever-growing list of games in the vault with FIFA titles, the Dragon Age series, and Need for Speed Payback among others available. EA Access on console offers a 10-hour play trial for new releases. This includes upcoming EA titles such as Need for Speed Heat, Stars Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, FIFA 20, and Plants vs Zombies: Battle for Neighborville. Despite only originally being on Xbox One, EA Access has just recently hit PS4.

Anthem

It is safe to say that Anthem is not the most popular game on the planet. The title is currently in its season-long cataclysm event, so if you are a subscriber to the program you certainly won’t be short of things to do, which is different from what the situation was at launch. The cataclysm event introduced brand new activities for players to tackle. New story missions, enemies, and rewards were all added. Some players were pleased more content was added to an already shallow game, whereas others were disappointed as it was more of the same.

What do you make of Anthem’s current state? Are you still playing the game? Or did you give up on it a long time ago? Let us know in the comments below!
