Apex Legends Season 16 is just around the corner, and fans are eager to see what the new season has in the game. The developers have taken a unique approach to the seasonal previews this time, with a carnival theme taking center stage.
The first teaser was a poster for the “opening day” of the Apex Games Anniversary event, likely a nod to the upcoming Apex Legends event. The poster featured several game characters dressed in carnival-themed costumes, with Mirage in a lion suit, Gibraltar as a strongman, Pathfinder as an acrobat, and Octane as a jester. The poster also showed Duardo Silva, Octane’s father and a recurring antagonist in the Apex Legends lore. The bottom-left corner of the poster read “On World’s Edge,” which could hint at what part of the map pool might look like in Season 16.
Another image was released soon after, focusing more on creatures and attractions. This poster advertised various carnival games, including claw machines and ring tosses. However, it doesn’t contain any major teasers about what’s coming in Season 16.
Season 16 will start on February 14. Additionally, the Apex Legends launch trailer will be released on February 6 at 8 am PT. Players are eager to see what new content the season will bring, including new weapons, characters, and map updates. The carnival theme has undoubtedly piqued fans’ interest, and many are speculating about how it will be incorporated into the game.
