Earlier today, Monochrome Mobius: Rights and Wrongs Forgotten received a new character trailer for its PlayStation release. Although the RPG has already been released on Steam, the game is now coming out to both the PlayStation 4 and 5 as well. Monochrome Mobius has had a strong showing on Steam, with the RPG currently possessing a “Very Positive” rating. Players looking for a new JRPG for their PlayStation or fans of the Utawarerumono franchise may want to check this game out.

Monochrome Mobius Receives New Character Trailer For Its PlayStation Release

Monochrome Mobius: Rights and Wrongs Forgotten is a JRPG following the exploits of Oshtar, a young but noble warrior. After receiving information that his father may be alive from the mysterious Shunya, Oshtar sets off on a new journey. Along the way, Oshtar must gather new allies, face off against powerful foes, and explore large environments. Combat in Monochrome Mobius is similar to other JRPGs and remains the same for its PlayStation release. Players will need to coordinate their party’s attacks to take down opponents. With strategy and taking advantage of your party’s abilities, players will be victorious in any battle.

However, the newest Monochrome Mobius PlayStation character trailer shows off instead more information on the characters. In this trailer, we are first introduced to Oshtar, our protagonist. Right away, he is shown dueling Shunya, a strange figure who seems intertwined with Oshtar’s fate.

After a short clash, players are shown some of the allies they can meet throughout the story. This includes Munechika, a polite royal with a warrior’s spirit, Halu, a strange assistant-like creature, and Mikazuchi, a brash but loyal companion.

The ending of the new Monochrome Mobius trailer shows off some of the foes you’ll face alongside your allies. This includes the powerful Mayacowl, who is in pursuit of Shunya.

Monochrome Mobius: Rights and Wrongs Forgotten will come to PlayStation 4 and 5 on September 5th, 2023. However, the game is currently available to play on Steam.
