Ariel Winter showed more than she likely intended as a windswept beach outing in Malibu left her a little exposed back in August 2020. The sitcom star 26, made headlines that summer for hitting up a California beach with boyfriend Luke Benward — while she proved a talking point for enjoying a massage from her beau, Ariel also wound up in the news for flashing her backside as her tiny dress flew up.
Showing off her curvy figure in a colorful swimwear look, Ariel looked stylish as she kept chill on sands, and it looks like the stiff ocean breeze was taking no prisoners. Fans on Instagram have reposted the photos that initially circulated via media outlets.
Ariel Winter Hits The Beach On A Windy Day
Wearing a black face mask as she kept safe during the first wave of the global pandemic, Ariel low-key highlighted her figure in a low-cut, strappy red two-piece covered by a pink patterned beach dress.
Going micro with her length as she flashed her legs, Ariel was photographed candidly and amid crowds of beach-goers. Clutching her phone in one hand and wearing her tinted shades lifted above her head, the Modern Family star showed off bleach-blonde hair with dark roots as she went makeup-free, also rocking a red manicure.
In another image, the actress was photographed from behind as she made her way across the sands. Here, a breeze had managed to blow her minidress right up, and it was somewhat of a cheeky affair as Ariel got caught in the moment.
Beach Outing Before Quitting Hollywood
2020 still saw Ariel in L.A., often photographed hitting grocery stores as the paparazzi chased her around. Two years later, the actress and her boyfriend packed up and left Hollywood, with Ariel herself confirming that being in the public eye in L.A. was just too much.
“We sold our cars, got an Escalade to fit all the dogs for the drive, put my house on the market, sold my house,” Ariel told the Quitters podcast. “It was hard for me to decide that because I’m leaving everybody I know in California … it’s a quick flight to California and I had to remind myself, if I don’t like it, I can leave.”
Of being chased around everywhere she went, Winter continued: “Part of the reason I always hated L.A. was because I have been followed by paparazzi for a very long portion of my life, and I really, really dislike having my space invaded. I don’t like pictures of me when I haven’t signed up for pictures of me.”
