A father from Arkansas is doing everything he can to protect his young daughter and ensure that justice is served. The protective dad took to social media to share his story, revealing that his 10-year-old daughter was “inappropriately touched” by a 5th-grade teacher at school. Unfortunately, he says that the school has not been very helpful when it comes to getting the truth and dealing with the problem.
In his TikTok video, the concerned Arkansas parent revealed the situation. However, he didn’t elaborate on the details. Instead, he says that he’s distraught and will do anything in his power to set things right, even if that means fighting the school district for answers.
The dad, whose name is Rocky, says that he contacted the school and they assured him that they would launch a full investigation into the matter. He was told that he would be contacted shortly after. However, he said that after two weeks had gone by, he still hadn’t heard anything.

That’s when Rocky decided to take matters into his own hands. He was forced to file the “Freedom of Information Act” so that he could view the camera footage from the incident. “I was lied to by the principal. They’ve done everything they can to keep this situation quiet,” he added.
Now, Rocky is posting all of the videos he has of his contact with the school and staff members. One such video featured recorded phone conversations between him and the principal, where she tells him that the camera footage shows no evidence of inappropriate touching. Later, a conversation with the superintendent tells a very different story. He says that the incident was captured by cameras and that another teacher also witnessed the encounter.
Rocky goes on to ask for online support, claiming that he’s “trying to make a difference,” and get this situation taken care of. “We can’t allow this stuff to keep happening. Any support would help. Thank yall for your time,” he wrote in the caption of the video.
Meanwhile, people in the TikTok comments told him to file a police report, which he says he recently did. Others offered him advice about getting a lawyer, and even going to the state board.
“Obtain a lawyer ASAP and proceed with pushing the school board into a corner,” one person suggested. “Report to police. The school isn’t going to fight for your daughter,” a second person wrote. “You’re showing your daughter exactly how much her safety means to you. This is one of those defining moments where we as parents have to do the right thing. They need to know we will protect them at all costs,” a third comment read. “Schools don’t care what happens to our kids,” a fourth social media user posted.
Hopefully, Rocky can get some answers from the Arkansas school and/or authorities and see justice served for his young daughter. He certainly has the internet on his side.
