Astro Gaming is a pioneer is wireless headset peripherals. While they are very well-known, their specialty lies with headsets. Capitalizing on the anticipated release of next-gen consoles, the accessories company is introducing the ASTRO A20 Wireless Gaming Headset. Designed with next-gen in mind, the headset boasts an increased wireless range. It also has longer battery life and a streamlined USB transmitter.

For the lower price of $119.99, gamers can pre-order from ASTRO Gaming. The shipping of the product is expected to begin sometime in October. Additionally, the A20 USB transmitter will also be available. The transmitter will sell for the price of $19.99.

Players can rest easy knowing that ASTRO Gaming’s entire line will be compatible. If any PS5 or Xbox Series X owners have previous headset models, they can rest easy. Here are a few of the improvements that come along with the A20:

  • Comfort and Quality – the A20 is lightweight and durable, meaning ‘marathon-style’ gaming sessions. It is also easily adjustable when necessary
  • 15m Wireless Range – a 2.4GHz transmitter allow a 15m (50ft) range, so it’s no problem getting a snack when you duck for cover
  • Battery Life – with a battery life of 15+ hours, players can complete entire game chapters on one charge
  • Flip to Mute Mic – the ASTRO A20 also comes with Flip to Mute feature. When you want to mute, simply flip the mic up. When you’re ready to talk again, flip it back down.

Be sure to keep an eye out for when the headset becomes available next month. Go here to check out the rest of the company’s products.
