The highly anticipated John Wick spinoff film Ballerina sets its release date for June 7, 2024. So far John Wick: Chapter 4 has made more than $250 million worldwide. The film franchise has grossed just over $833 million. Now Ana de Armas joins the storyline for the John Wick spinoff film Ballerina. She is playing an assassin in the traditions of Ruska Roma. Keanu Reeves, Ian McShane, and the late Lance Reddick are returning. This will be the last of the John Wick universe films that Reddick is appearing in. Anjelica Huston, Gabriel Byrne, Catalina Sandino Moreno, and Norman Reedus will also star in the film. Underworld director Len Wiseman is directing Ballerina. Shay Hatten wrote the script. For instance, he was raised by the crime family Ruska Roma. Rooney is an assassin that’s also a ballerina, like all the female assassins in the Ruska Roma. Upon its release date, Ballerina is focusing on the assassin played by Ana de Armas. The film will take place between John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum and John Wick: Chapter 4. It will revolve around the Ruska Roma no longer being in the High Table’s good graces after sheltering John Wick. The John Wick spinoff could redefine the franchise. The Continental will be released on Peacock this summer.
