Bankrupt Reality TV star Katie Price dodges court hearing for the fourth time over her failure to honor her £3.2 million debt repayment agreement.
Katie Price cannot seem to get herself out of trouble with her incessant run-ins with the law continuing to form a major part of her life these days — and by all accounts, her legal woes do not seem to be nearing a positive end anytime soon.
After blowing her £45 million fortune, the reality star was declared bankrupt on November 26, 2019, as she could not afford to pay her debts. At the time her net worth was pegged at less than £1 million.
The 44-year-old glamor model took out an individual voluntary agreement in 2018 — agreeing to pay off £12,000 a month to her creditors but she failed to keep to the arrangement.
Price watched her once lucrative empire reduce to nothing following the failure of her third marriage and the collapse of all her businesses.

Katie Price Dodges Court Hearing
Since Katie Price was declared bankrupt, things have only moved from bad to worse for her on the legal front. However, she has continued to avoid court hearings over her multi-million-pound debt. Katie Price’s fourth hearing was scheduled for Thursday, February 9 — where she was meant to provide answers relating to her bankruptcy case but the hearing has now been “vacated.”
Interestingly, the RuPaul’s Drag Race star has continued to live ostentatiously despite reneging on an agreement to pay creditors. Over the last year, the 44-year-old jetted off on 14 luxury holidays, which has further compounded her woes.
While Katie Price dodges her court hearing for the fourth time, it has not brought an end to the case. Instead, it has been adjourned to April noon, and she will be made to answer questions regarding her finances. While speaking to the sun about Katie Price’s fourth court hearing, a source told Sun:
“The court will wish to know where every penny of her income comes from – whether it be from selling old clothes on Depop or stripping out of her clothes on OnlyFans.Only then can the court make up its mind about her ability to pay her debts.”
Meanwhile, the bankruptcy judge has the power to send Price to jail if it is sufficiently proven that she failed to meet her obligations to pay off creditors. This may be the reason why Price has been desperately avoiding her court hearings. However, at some point, it is expected that she would have to face the court one way or the other.
