Say what you want about FFXIV, but it’s undoubtedly one of the MMOs with the best fashion systems, and many are preparing their Christmas Glamour for the Winter Holidays. With many events coming during the holiday season to the game, people want to dress the part as they tackle these quests or enjoy their time with friends in some of Eorzea’s coziest locales. If you’re one of the latter, having a visual guide for the hottest Winter outfits in the game can come in handy.
While many of the Christmas-themed outfits are locked behind the game’s official store, there are other options in the game you can get to create the ultimate Winter outfit. We tried to make an even list with mostly in-game items for all roles so you can pick the best one to take during the chilly season.
1. The Rebel
While you can wear this on all jobs beyond level 33 due to certain items, we recommend using it on a tank, especially a Gunbreaker. This set combines some of the items from the Rebel set, which is quite coveted on the Market Board and can be a bit expensive unless you can craft it. To make it, here are the items we recommend:
- Head: The Emperor’s New Hat
- Body: Rebel’s Coat (Dalamud Red Dye)
- Hands: Linen Halfgloves (Soot Black Dye)
- Legs: Glade Slops (Soot Black Dye)
- Feet: Rebel Boots (No Dye)
2. The Explorer
If you want to embrace your explorer side without compromising fashion, we have one of the best FFXIV Christmas Glamour for you. You can also wear this outfit on any job, but after several attempts, we think it works better for Bards. Here are the items you need:
- Head: The Emperor’s New Hat
- Body: Felicitous Tunic (Nophica Green Dye)
- Hands: Pagos Gloves (No Dye)
- Legs: Uraeus Skirt (Nophica Green Dye)
- Feet: Expeditioner’s Thighboots (No Dye)
3. The Cozy
Let’s move on to something cozy that you can still take to the battlefield. This outfit is great for healers, and we loved using it for our Sage job. It really goes with that modern vibe with the sweater and shoes. Here are the items you need for it:
- Head: The Emperor’s New Hat
- Body: Winter Sweater (Snow White Dye)
- Hands: Lawless Enforcer’s Gloves (Snow White Dye)
- Legs: Frontier Trousers
- Feet: Varsity Shoes (Snow White Dye)
4. The Adventurer
Ultimately, we’re all adventurers, and having an outfit that shows that is great. This one is another of the Winter Glamour we think go great with the Christmas season in FFXIV, and you can take it for all types of content.
- Head: White Beret (No Dye)
- Body: Adventuring Sweater (Ash Grey Dye)
- Hands: Pagos Field Dressing (No Dye)
- Legs: Skyworker’s Bottoms (Soot Black Dye)
- Feet: Survival Boots (No Dye)
5. The Fancy
We wanted to combine something that looks elegant and combat-ready, and we got this. This outfit is perfect for Dancers and other Ranged DPS jobs. You’ll need to level up your Ranged jobs a bit, but we think the result is great. The items for this outfit are the following:
- Head: The Emperor’s New Hat
- Body: Neo-Ishgardian Top of Aiming (Dalamud Red Dye)
- Hands: Thavnairian Armlets (Dalamud Red Dye)
- Legs: Shisui Kohakama of Aiming (No Dye)
- Feet: Frontier Pumps (Dalamud Red Dye)
As you can see, there are many options for a good Christmas Glamour in FFXIV, and you can mix and match some of the clothing items to make your own. Besides, all of the items we listed can be obtained in the game, so there’s no need to spend real money on anything else.
