Call of Duty: Warzone 2 and MW2 hold plenty of submachine guns with enough range and damage to make them function like assault rifles. However, the game’s Season 4 update finally introduces a classic SMG in the form of the ISO 45. As some veteran fans may expect, this minuscule weapon is a renamed version of the fan-favorite UMP45—last appearing in 2019’s Modern Warfare. Like its older brother, this new SMG is a highly damaging close-range tool with impressive accuracy. That said, it will need some added speed in order to dominate in close-quarter situations. The most important attachment within the best ISO 45 loadout for Warzone 2 and MW2 is certainly the 9″ PTX Trainer barrel. The add-on lends bonuses to almost every stat category, increasing the ISO 45’s range, bullet velocity, and even your movement speed. In turn, you should see the ISO requiring fewer bullets to achieve eliminations from short to medium ranges. However, this will dwindle your accuracy a tad, so be sure to apply the Bruen Pendulum to calm the gun’s vertical and horizontal recoil.
