Call of Duty: MW3 Ranked Play is finally here, and players can engage in the high-adrenaline matches of ultra-competitive multiplayer. Excelling in this game mode rewards the players with high-value blueprints and operator skins that showcase your rank anywhere you go. However, the MW3 Ranked Play has limited rules for creating classes and loadouts. Hence, you can not use some of the weapon categories, attachments, killstreaks, field upgrades, perks, and guns. That said, we’re here to go over the MW3 patch notes and build the ultimate best SMG, AR, and Sniper Rifle classes for the Ranked Play only.
Best MW3 Ranked Play SMG Class

For the best SMG class in MW3 Ranked Play, it’s best if you use the HRM-9. Of course, we have the Striker brothers in Ranked Play, too, but the new SMG is currently the meta crusher. High fire rate, balanced damage stats, and great mobility; what else are we looking for in a good SMG?
For the attachments, let’s focus on reducing the recoil to the max level while adding more ammo using the 50-Round Drum magazine. Make sure you have the Zehmn35 Compensated Flash Hider for better accuracy, and shorten the red ping time on the enemy’s radar whenever you shoot.
Next, add the Ftac RS-9 Stealth Angled Grip underbarrel for better horizontal recoil management. And for the gunkick, the PCS-90 Assault Grip rear grip and Folding Stock duo bring the best out of the HRM-9.

If you’re confident in your accuracy for handling a sniper rifle, then the XRK Stalker is your mate on the field. This sniper one-shots enemies on the upper body, and with this build, you can have the best sniper class in the MW3 Ranked Play of Season 1 Reloaded.
First, attach a Heinrichter Hybrid Scope to your weapon. This scope has a variable zoom, allowing for holding the lines with a 9x and quick scoping. Speaking of quick scopes, you’ll need the Handler LPK Short Barrel for better ADS and the XRK Stalker Factory grip to hammer the mobility stats. The Tac 840C Stock finishes the job for the maximum ADS timing, and the XRK Stalker Light Bolt allows for a faster rechambering speed. This sniper class is best for quick scoping in MW3 Ranked Play mode.

Last but not least, we’ve got the best AR class for the MW3 Ranked Play mode in Season 1 Reloaded. The name is familiar to those who were enjoying the meta in the pre-season of MW3: The MCW. This assault rifle was among the best before the Season 1 update till it got a huge nerf to a point that made it close to being useless. For Season 1 Reloaded’s Ranked Play, however, MCW earns the top spot.
First, attach a Zehmn35 Compensated Flash Hider on your AR to shorten the red ping when you shoot. This muzzle also reduces both the vertical and horizontal recoil. Next, the Second Line Mammoth Heavy Barrel helps a lot for hitting ranged shots. And if the iron sight isn’t ideal, allow the Corio Eagleseye to be your optic.
Now that all the previous attachments have been used for better accuracy, it’s time to spend one on the mobility. The RB Rapidstrike rear grip is a nice bet for adding faster ADS time sprint to fire speed. Last but not least, attach a 40-Round Mag under your weapon, and you’re ready for the ranked battle!
