Call of Duty: Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2‘s Season 4 update has added intriguing new additions to players’ arsenals. Aside from the powerful ISO 45 SMG, the Tempus Razorback is the latest assault rifle to shake up the meta. The Razorback’s stats may rank as some of the lowest of all guns, but it should still not be underestimated. That is because many of the gun’s optional attachments offer numerous benefits, and applying them can make the slim gadget an all-around powerhouse. Here’s how to build the best Tempus Razorback loadout in Warzone 2 and MW2.
Best Tempus Razorback Build and Attachments in Warzone 2 and MW2
- Muzzle: Sakin Tread-40
- Barrel: 17″ IO-XL
- Stock: OPR Threat
- Comb: LTX Eclipse
- Rear Grip: ERG-X1
The best Tempus Razorback loadout in Warzone 2 and MW2 should turn the gun into a recoil-free tool capable of earning a lot of eliminations on any map—including Vondel. This can be done by first attaching the Sakin Tread-40, OPR Threat, and ERG-X1—all of which combine to ultimately remove any vertical and horizontal recoil that affects your shots. More importantly, you should now find it easier to land consecutive headshots into enemies, no matter their distance from you.
These attachments slightly decrease the Razorback’s ADS speed, but you can counteract this by applying the LTX Eclipse Comb. Lastly, there is no better pick for your final attachment slot than the 17″ IO-XL Barrel. The add-on offers more bonuses than we can count, delivering added bullet velocity, damage range, and of course, more recoil control. However, it also gives you a sixth attachment, being packaged with a 4.0x magnification optic. In sum, the Tempus Razorback should now compile eliminations with as little as four bullets from all ranges.

Best Class Setup for the Tempus Razorback in Warzone 2 and MW2
- Secondary weapon: FTAC Siege
- Tactical: Heartbeat Sensor
- Lethal: Claymore
- Base Perk 1: Scavenger
- Base Perk 2: Tracker
- Bonus Perk: Fast Hands
- Ultimate Perk: Overclock
- Field Upgrade: Anti-Armor Rounds
Remember that your class setup is also crucial to how the Tempus Razorback will perform. In its class, you can increase the gun’s damage even more simply by equipping the Anti-Armor Rounds. The Field Upgrade does take a while to earn in-game, though the Overclock Ultimate Perk enables it to recharge 40% percent faster. Speaking of ammo, you will also want to apply Scavenger and Fast Hands to gain extra rounds from downed players and reload more quickly. You can then finish off the perk package with Tracker, allowing you to see nearby enemies’ recent footsteps.
When it comes to a secondary weapon, we highly recommend adding the FTAC Seige. The pistol acts much like an SMG, bearing a fast rate and impressive handling at short range. Thanks to the Fast Hands perk, you will even be able to switch it at a quicker rate.
