Joseph Manzaro alleged that he was sexually assaulted, raped, and humiliated during a “freak-off” party in Miami in April 2015. Manzaro claims that at a birthday celebration for King Combs, Diddy forced him to endure humiliating acts. He was also paraded in front of Jay-Z, Beyoncé, LeBron James, and Gloria Estefan.
Joseph asserts that he was drugged and taken to Star Island, where he was brought into the Estefans’ mansion. Gloria reportedly noticed his “drug-induced stupor” and called for medical help, but Emilio Estefan intervened to silence her. During the ordeal, Joseph recounts seeing LeBron looking at him in a bath towel, who remarked, “Y’all better do something about that!” The lawsuit brings forward serious allegations of human trafficking against Diddy.

The accuser also mentioned that ex-porn star Adria English allegedly led him through a secret tunnel to Diddy’s mansion. Upon waking up, he was at a party with Beyoncé and Jay-Z. Beyoncé was reportedly confused and concerned about his half-naked state and cock mask; she said, “What’s this? What’s this all about? Why is this half-naked white man with a cock mask standing here in front of me?” Per TMZ, an associate then informed her that he wanted him to see the fate of snitches as punishment.

Joseph is suing Diddy, Emilio, Adria, and alleged drug mule Brendan Paul for human trafficking and seeking damages.

Back in February, we reported that Jay-Z recorded a massive win in the lawsuit filed by his accuser. In the unexpected turn of events, the lawsuit filed by the former teen rape accuser was dismissed. To celebrate, Jay-Z and Beyoncé stepped out for a quick dinner in Beverly Hills. The couple were spotted all joyful and relieved at the Italian restaurant, Cipriani. The rapper also announced the dropped lawsuit against him and Diddy on social media.
The accuser, identified only as Jane Doe, had initially filed the suit in December. According to the accuser, the sexual assault occurred in 2000 when she was just 13. Diddy and Jay-Z allegedly spiked her drink and proceeded with the assault during an MTV Video Music Awards after-party. Despite the damning allegation, the Picasso Baby rapper maintained his innocence.
In his statement on the dismissal, he described the allegations as “appalling” against him and the incarcerated music mogul. He noted that the civil suit lacked merit and was never going anywhere. He said that the case left major trauma on his family and loved ones. The case is now permanently listed as a voluntary dismissal.
