It was 2021 when we got our hands on one of THQ Nordic’s weirdest titles. A post-apocalyptic landscape with furry creatures doing some kung-fu fighting and gunplay. Even if it sounds strange, it was fun in some ways. While it didn’t become the best game of that year, it still entertained some gamers with its different moral choices and combat. A few months after the initial release, the game finally got a next-gen version that many players requested. After almost two years of release, the people behind this title have announced a Nintendo Switch version of Biomutant is coming this year.

November 30 is the day when Biomutant will finally get its Nintendo Switch version. This information comes from an official announcement by the developers. So far, we know this game is coming to the Japanese handheld console, but it is uncertain if it’ll have some extra features. As we know, the Nintendo Switch is a console with some fun gimmicks that developers have used in their games. Yet, THQ Nordic hasn’t announced if they’ll include anything for the release of their game on this platform.

One thing that might worry a few people is the technical part. We all know the Nintendo Switch has struggled a lot lately, so we don’t know how this Biomutant version will work. Open-world games are not the best for this console, so we’ll have to see how well-optimized this title is. Another game that worries some is Tears of the Kingdom. While we’ve seen some gameplay bits, it is still uncertain how well it’ll hold up after hours of playing. Yet, we hope that Nintendo can make the best of these two titles as both worlds are fun to explore. If you haven’t played Biomutant and only have a Nintendo Switch, you’ll finally get the chance soon.
Biomutant is available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
