Before becoming a dentist in BitLife, your character must attend university and dental school. When you create a new character, age up until they turn 18. You’ll graduate from secondary school and start pursuing a university education. Once you do, pick a science degree like biology or chemistry.
If your character does not have much money, keep your smarts stats high to increase your chances of getting a scholarship. Since university and dental school tuitions are expensive, you’ll want to ensure you have a payment plan ready to go so you don’t fall into debt.

Once you graduate, go back to the education tab and select dental school. As long as you have high smarts stats and successfully graduated from university, you should not encounter any issues being accepted into dental school. However, if you are denied and have low smarts stats, you can read books or visit the library to increase it before re-applying.
After graduating from dental school, you will be eligible to become a dentist! Head into the full-time job postings and scroll until you find a dentist position. If you do not see it right away, age up or close and re-open the BitLife app. Since the career has a high salary compared to other jobs, you’ll likely find it near the top of the list.
