The Euphoria Challenge in BitLife embraces the same drama and emotional chaos of the show that inspired it. Rumors, hook-ups, addiction, and violence must be part of your character’s life to complete it. Those lows are pretty low considering BitLife lets you be everything from a king to an accountant. It might not lead to you living your TV dreams with Zendaya and the rest of the cast, but the Euphoria Challenge still offers that cinema thrill. Just try not to derail your life while chasing it. Here’s how to complete the Euphoria Challenge in BitLife.
BitLife Euphoria Challenge Guide

The Euphoria challenge has five tasks you will need to complete:
- Develop an addiction
- Relapse after battling an addiction
- Hook up with 20+ people before age 20
- Start rumors about 5+ friends
- Assault your best friend
The easiest way to develop an addiction is to go out to nightclubs until you get an alcohol-related random event. Go to the Activities tab and scroll down until you find Nightlife. When you go to clubs, there is a chance that a random event will occur, telling you that someone is offering you an alcoholic drink. Say yes, and there is a chance you will develop an alcohol addiction. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours.
Once you become addicted to alcohol, your character can go to rehab and check into a rehab center or an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting. You can also age up until a random friend invites you to drink alcohol or take drugs with them. After you stop suffering from your addiction, repeat this process until you develop the same addiction a second time to knock out the first two tasks.
Go back to the Activities tab and navigate to the Love category. Select “Hook Up” and accept the offer. A pop-up will appear asking whether you would like to use protection. If you do not, there is a chance your character will contract a disease. Additionally, since the challenge asks you to be with over 20 different people, you will only have two years in-game to accomplish this. You also cannot use this option unlimited times each year, so you may need to accept riskier options if you get unlucky.
As your character ages up, you will randomly encounter people to befriend. Whether they’re classmates or coworkers, make at least five friends, including a best friend. Next, go to the Relationships tab and select a friend. Scroll down until you find the “rumor” option. Confirm your selection and repeat this five times to complete the task.
Similarly, select your character’s best friend and choose to insult or start a rumor with them. There is a chance that your best friend will attack you. Alternatively, start conversations with your best friend until you get into an argument with them. When a pop-up appears telling you that you got into an argument, choose to assault them. That’s all there is to completing the Euphoria Challenge in BitLife. It might ruin your character’s life, but at least it feels good.
