Playing as different characters in BitLife is a great way to kill time. Unfortunately, though, they will not live forever. Despite this, there are ways you can try to keep your characters alive a little longer. If you’re lucky, you may even live to over 120 years old and get some achievements! This guide will teach you how to live a long life in BitLife.

How to Live a Long Life in BitLife

BitLife Live Long Life Achievements

The best way to ensure your BitLife character lives a long, happy life is by keeping all four of your stats high. Most importantly, you’ll want your Health and Happiness stats always to be close to or at 100%. If your character starts to get low happiness, there is a chance they’ll become depressed. Similarly, having low health may bring on more diseases and prevent you from engaging in activities such as going to the gym.

Some methods you can use to keep your happiness and health high are going to the gym, taking walks, meditating and tending to your garden. Furthermore, spending time with friends and family will help boost your happiness. Be sure to engage in all of these activities as often as possible!

Alongside engaging in healthy activities, you’ll also want to avoid unhealthy activities. If you go out to nightclubs, commit crimes or have unsafe sexual encounters with others, you’re more likely to decrease your health stats or even die in extreme cases. Even tamer activities such as going to the tanning salon give you a chance of contracting skin cancer, which can be incredibly difficult to cure.

Lastly, if you contract any disease throughout your character’s life, get it treated as soon as possible! The longer you have certain diseases, the greater their effect on your overall health. This is especially important if you have multiple illnesses. If your conditions aren’t cured after a couple of doctor visits, continue seeing them or switch to alternative medicine. By tackling your diseases early, you’ll significantly increase your chances of surviving longer.
