In BitLife, your characters and those around them may end up in a situation where they live with ghosts. Whether you are terrified of them or live to exorcise them, you will encounter one at some point if you live in a haunted house. If you are trying to complete a challenge or achievement, you may be actively trying to find spirits to exorcise or summon. By the end of this guide, you will learn how to summon ghosts in BitLife.

(Updated on August 1, 2024 – Fact-checked and clarified guide steps).

How to Summon Ghosts in BitLife

bitlife spirit exorcism

Before you can exorcise or summon ghosts, you need to purchase a haunted house. Go to the shopping tab under Activities and shop for properties. Find any haunted house you choose and purchase it. When you select a haunted house, you will see a “hauntedness” bar under the property’s condition. The higher this bar is, the more ghosts will be present in your house.

Once you buy your haunted property, you will see a “Spirits” tab and a hauntedness bar. Select this tab, and you will see a list of the spirits currently in your house. Open the ghost’s profile, and you will see the option to summon or exorcise any of these spectral visitors. Choose to summon, and the ghost will interact with your character. If you summon a friendly ghost, you should not have any negative interactions with the spirit. However, they will become more active in your house and scare you. Additionally, summoning a spirit that is not friendly may cause the ghost to attack you. In extreme cases, your character may be severely injured and even die. Make sure to keep your health bar as high as possible to prevent this. Once you summon 10 or more ghosts in BitLife, you will complete the third task of the Paranormal Challenge.
