Black MAGA Woman in Tears After Being Kicked Out of Ken Paxton’s GOP Rally in Texas: ‘I Was a Trump Force Captain!’

That’s not enough, apparently

A Black conservative content creator was left visibly stunned and bawling after being escorted out of Republican Senate candidate Ken Paxton’s rally in San Antonio, Texas, despite years of supporting GOP candidates and President Donald Trump. Apparently, the heartbreak was also bad enough for her to voice her woes online while also seeking answers from Ken Paxton’s team on why they evicted her.

Thelma Louise, who has more than 200,000 TikTok followers and regularly posts pro-Trump content, documented her experience at Sunday’s event in a series of four videos. According to her, Louise drove approximately two hours to attend the rally at Crown Ridge Banquet Hall, where Paxton and Republican congressional hopeful Brandon Herrera appeared.

But when she arrived, Louise said security ordered her to leave while she was filming a speaker who appeared before Paxton. She alleged that Paxton’s campaign manager had requested her removal, although the campaign had not immediately responded to requests for comment. “I left the Democratic Party two years ago,” Louise said in one video. She added, “I have volunteered for President Trump’s campaign, and I have worked very hard promoting members of the Republican Party.”

“I was a Trump Force captain!” Louise explained in a follow-up video. She also added that she could not understand why she was escorted out and treated as though she had done something wrong. Louise also questioned whether she had been mistaken for someone else, while emphasizing that she did not blame the entire Republican Party for the incident. Instead, she held Paxton’s campaign manager responsible for what she described as disrespectful treatment.

People Have Criticized Her

The incident quickly attracted attention online, with critics questioning how a Black conservative could be removed from a rally for a candidate representing the party she supports. “‘Being MAGA while Black’ chapter 293,” quipped a Democratic strategist on X. Another commenter sarcastically remarked, “Conservative whites excluding black people? I’ve never heard of such a thing.”

Others suggested Louise should have anticipated the treatment, with one critic writing, “Poor girl… Nobody could see it coming.” Another one predicted she would continue supporting the candidate despite the experience, writing, “Watch her still vote for him.” Inevitably, however, some of the discourse steered towards accusations of racism, with some TikTok users mocking Louise, writing, “What did you expect from racist people,” and “Every republican is not racist, but every racist is republican. Vote!”

The incident coincides with Paxton’s campaign navigating disruptions at public appearances across Texas. Security personnel previously removed hecklers from a San Antonio rally in August and escorted 18 people out of an event featuring Paxton and Trump earlier in October.

It remains unclear why Louise was asked to leave Sunday’s gathering. Nevertheless, her account has fueled debate over whether conservative political influencers receive equal treatment within the movement they promote, though the available information does not establish the campaign’s motive.
