Call of Duty has released a brand new teaser for Black Ops 6, revealing all the three Season 1 Multiplayer maps coming to the game. The maps are teased to “take Black Ops to the criminal underground,” which shouts Avalon in the first place. Interestingly enough, these maps might be revealing the 2025 Call of Duty: Warzone map if we use the free camera option in private matches.
Black Ops 6 Season 1 Multiplayer Maps List
- Extraction – 6v6
- Heirloom – 6v6 and 2v2
- Hideout – 6v6
Starting off with the Extraction, it’s totally obvious that this is a part of the big Warzone map coming after Verdansk in 2025 or 2026. Just look at the roads and the environment around it. Watching the teaser many times, you’d realize that none of these maps are seen in the Campaign part of the gameplay. However, the criminal underground of the Black Ops universe is The Guild, and they operate in Avalon; even though we killed many of its members in the Campaign already.
Lastly, Hideout is the 6v6 map that’s coming to Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Multiplayer, which is labelled as 6v6, but it’s much larger for that experience. That one big building on the back side of the map is probably closed to limit the fighting area a bit.
Now with all these new Black Ops 6 Multiplayer Season 1 maps, we might just be able to explore the new sides of the Avalon Warzone map. If you play in a private match and select the spectator role, you can go all the way out and see Avalon for yourself, just like how you can already do in Lowtown. You’ll also find the Area 99 Warzone map in Black Ops 6 Nuketown with the same trick, which is a cool thing to find out.
Black Ops 6 Season 1 Release Date
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Season 1 is set to release on November 14, 2024. This is also a fresh new season for Warzone, featuring a brand new Resurgence map called Area 99 with complete BO6 content integration.
