One of the core elements in Call of Duty games has long been their Campaign missions that most players tend to enjoy first before diving into the Multiplayer for six seasons. The stories are short, taking less than 10 hours to complete, but last year’s MW3 was a Kratos-level disaster that Call of Duty is about to redeem with Black Ops 6‘s Campaign length.
In a recent report by Charlie Intel, Treyarch has confirmed that Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will feature a lengthier Campaign this year, “longer than Black Ops Cold War” even if players do the speed-run version of it. That said, Black Ops Cold War had one of the shortest Campaigns in Call of Duty history, sitting at the very bottom of the list beside Vanguard and MW3.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6‘s Campaign will be around six to nine hours, described as the “kind of length of a classic Call of Duty Campaign” by Treyarch’s Production Director Yale Miller. However, Raven Software’s associate creative director Jon Zuk’s statement steals the show, saying, Black Ops 6 will be longer than Cold War “even if you do try to do the speed run version of it.”
Ever since MW2, we haven’t had a long Call of Duty Campaign to take up nine hours of our time. Not to mention that Call of Duty: Black Ops 6‘s Campaign has a ring of replayability on its finger, allowing players to complete missions in different ways.
