The shocking and ongoing drama between Blake Lively, her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni continues. The legal drama and tension between the celebrities continue to mount, with Ryan and Blake skipping out on the 2025 Golden Globe Awards.
Despite Ryan Reynolds’ nomination for “Deadpool & Wolverine,” the celebrity power couple is opting to avoid the major Hollywood event. Page Six reports that their sources reveal that their sources allege that the decision to skip the Golden Globes was made before the Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni scandal began. However, many fans are not buying it.
Author Colleen Hoover‘s fans loved the film. However, the recent shocking drama between Justin Baldoni, Blake Lively, and Ryan Reynolds has fans torn. The celebrities are now engaged in a massive and growing lawsuit.
“Blake and Ryan are hiding from the drama. Ditching the Globes only creates more buzz and has everyone choosing sides,” one fan states.
The drama began with Lively suing Baldoni Lively over attempts to ruin her reputation, as well as sexual harassment against him. Justin continues to deny all of Blake Lively’s allegations and plans to fight the lawsuit tooth and nail. Baldoni is suing the New York Times for $250 million.
“This lawsuit seeks to hold the Times accountable for its role in this defamation campaign, but Plaintiffs are not done,” Baldoni’s lawsuit obtained by E! News read. “There are other bad actors involved, and make no mistake—this will not be the last lawsuit.”
Justin Baldoni And Blake Lively’s Legal Feud Will Get Very Nasty
Justin Baldoni has every intention of going after Blake Lively. Per his attorney, Bryan Freedman claims, “We plan to release every single text message between the two of them. We want the truth to be out there. So, we plan to put the documents out there. We want people to make their determination based on receipts.”
This is not the first time Blake Lively’s questionable behavior and attitude have gone public. The It Ends With Us scandal has become a significant topic of discussion on Reddit, with several fans calling Blake out on numerous controversies over the years.
“I think her fanbase grew up with her, and while everyone loved Gossip Girl, they realized she wasn’t actually a good actress AT ALL. Then to be untalented AND rude will not fly for people, lol,” one Redditor writes.
“You can glide by with no talent if you’re nice to people, but she can’t even act like a nice person. Miss Mean has had her day. Bye!” adds another. “I can’t unsee now her for the way she is.“
“At first, I was kind of on her side – at least on the sexual harassment side of things. But having read his suit and his proof, I’m not sure. It seems the truth might lie somewhere in the middle, and these might be two egomaniacs whose personalities clash and animosity are being taken to another level. If these cases actually go to court, I’ll be very interested to see a fuller picture,” states one more.
A Long Battle Ahead
The show will be broadcast live from its usual home at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, with comedian Nikki Glaser as the ceremony’s host. However, she plans also to steer clear of any digs on this subject matter.
The celebrity feud between Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, and Justin Baldoni is catching a lot of attention. Things will get very nasty before anything gets settled. Regardless of whose side you are on, it is an ugly look for all involved.
