Britney Spears is delighting fans with the news that she’s launching a new brand. The singer, 42, updated her Instagram account last night with a teaser of what’s to come, debuting her B Tiny jewelry brand as she shared photos of a pink rose and part of her upcoming collection.
Britney, who once made headlines for her best-selling fragrances, has largely stayed out of the celebrity business space that’s now a trend, although it looks like even she couldn’t resist turning her passion for jewelry into a profit opportunity. Choosing a cute name and using her “B” initial in it, Britney quickly made headlines for her post, one that’s now gained over 69,000 likes. Comments on the Grammy winner’s feed are disabled.
Britney Spears Announces New Brand On Instagram
Channeling the Project Rose vibes she made headlines for via her flower-themed posts in 2020, Britney shared a sweet snapshot of a pink rose to open her gallery.
The pop princess, who has made this year’s news for twisting her ankle during a high-profile argument at the Chateau Marmont, made fans swipe for the merch, showing a hand draped in blue gemstones and gold chains. Fans also got the unique-looking piece in video mode as the manicured hand — presumably Britney’s — offered a sneak peek at the collection.
Promises Pieces Are ‘One Of A Kind’
In an excited-sounding caption, Spears told her 41 million+ followers:
“My first jewelry line coming soon!!! Delicate extremely different and one of a kind pieces !!! I’m so excited !!! Realizing how cool it is to be an artist that can be passionate in so many different ways !!! B Tiny coming soon!!! Girls you’re gonna f***ing love it!!!”
The opening photo had come with “B TINY” in writing, confirming the brand’s unusual name. Britney had not teased any business ventures on social media. In fact, her recent posts sparked concern as fans watched her continue the erratic posts she’s made mental health headlines for in the past.
Last month, Britney worried her followers by revealing that she’d “married” herself in a bizarre video showing her in a slinky white dress and wedding veil. The singer has been married and divorced three times, making 2023 headlines for ending her third marriage to Iranian actor and personal trainer, Sam Asghari.
Britney wouldn’t be the first celebrity to jump into the jewelry space. Already established are reality star Kristin Cavallari with her Uncommon James brand, Bella Thorne’s Thorne Dynasty line, plus TV face Larsa Pippen with her Larsa Marie label.
Fans are likely excited to see whether or not Britney’s new brand proves a hit.
