Sources hinted Britney Spears’ family had scheduled an intervention for the singer discreetly, but she claims it is all false in a lengthy writeup. Spears’ family drama is not new to fans. The singer was under conservatorship for thirteen years, as her dad, Jamie Spears, controlled everything she owned.
But even after her freedom, the “Toxic” singer has made headlines owing to her controversial behaviors. Last year, she came under fire after her body positivity post that showed her bare skin.
Through the years, Britney Spears’ family has not been left out, from a legal battle with her dad to public discord with ex-husband Kevin Federline to being at loggerheads with her sister, Jamie Lynn.
When she is not in a disagreement, she is being criticized, but the singer refuses to let any of the drama get to her. Shortly after Britney Spears’ family allegedly planned an intervention, the singer spoke up, claiming that it was high time the rumors stopped swirling.

Britney Spears’ Family Intervention
A few hours ago, a source close to the singer allegedly whispered that Britney Spears’ family was scared she was heading for an unpleasant future. According to TMZ, close relatives were concerned she had been acting erratically. They blamed it on some medications that “hype her up.”
The insider noted that Spears’ manager rented an apartment in L. A to lure her into it. In the home, she would have met her husband, Sam Asghari, doctors, and her manager. Reportedly, they aimed to convince her to seek help.
She was to remain in the home while undergoing medical treatment and psychological counseling. But things changed once the “Toxic” singer caught wind of their plans.
Spears Slams Intervention claims
She took to Instagram, her go-to to clap back at the report. Spears did not post a dancing photo, this time, she shared a photo with a purple background and a message fit for a sticky note.
However, the accompanying caption focused heavily on the rumors. Spears said she was sick that anyone would cook up such a story before adding a firm message:
“I mean at some point, enough is enough.”
She raved on about the excesses of the media, maintaining that many do not wish her well. Spears referenced her long-ended conservatorship, noting that she now controls her life.
Before signing off, the singer told fans to be conscious of what they digest, writing:
“As my hubby says it best: don’t believe everything you read !!! All that love right back at ya.”
