Thursday in Santa Monica marked the first time since Bruce Willis’ dementia announcement that the actor stepped out. The “Die Hard” star looked frail as he sauntered on the streets. Just a few days after Valentine’s Day, the news of Bruce Willis’ dementia diagnosis was brought to the forefront. His ex-wife, Demi Moore, shared the heartbreaking update.
Recall that the actor retired last year, and his family told fans he had been diagnosed with aphasia. Sooner, it impaired his cognitive abilities— reading/writing.
Nearly a year later, the “Ladies of Willis/Moore” spearheaded by Moore, who released the first update, told fans about Bruce Willis’ dementia.
The actress posted a throwback image of the “Sixth Sense” star and thanked fans for their kindness toward the family since the first health crisis last year.
She went on about how Bruce’s condition progressed to Frontotemporal dementia— which is responsible for behavior, personality, language, and movement changes.
Despite the difficulty in accepting this reality, Moore mentioned they are relieved to “finally have a clear diagnosis.”
A few days after revealing Bruce Willis’ dementia diagnosis, the “Pulp Fiction” star visits the streets of Santa Monica.
