Billie Eilish is catching heat for a thirst trap gone wrong. The singer who skipped the 2025 Oscars ceremony turned the heat up on her timeline with a risqué photo. However, the image only drew attention to Eilish’s increasing weight.
Amid her ongoing Hit Me Hard and Soft tour in Australia, Eilish took to her Instagram Story hours before hitting the stage to detail her morning routine.
Billie Eilish’s Morning Routine Involves A Busty Selfie
In the cozy snap, the Bad Guy songstress was seen lounging in bed on the morning of her concert. The camera was tilted from a lower angle to emphasize Eilish’s perky bossom, which was fans’ faces. The nine-time Grammy winner donned a two-patterned bra top ensemble comprising red lacy trimmings and black stripes. Her hair was rough and pinned back as though she only just woke. Her face was also completely makeup-free.
She accessorized with a simple silver necklace and ring on her left middle finger. Billie Eilish sucked on a white mini nebulizer to hydrate her vocal cords before taking the stage. Staring wide-eyed at the camera, she captioned the snap, “BOIOIOIOING.” Since touching down in Australia earlier this month, the two-time Academy Award winner has barely taken a break from tour activities. Hence, she must have thought an update to her 123 million followers would be welcome with open arms.
‘She Is One Gross Looking Thing’
Unfortunately, fans of the Daily Mail were not impressed with the photo of Eilish, accusing her of seeking validation with her sensuality. Others, however, were too focused on her appearance, making comments about her weight.
“Insert vomiting emoji here,” one fan slammed, to which another replied, “Use the obese emoji, more fitting for eww.”
“About as sexy as an elephant,” another harsh comment read.
“We get it, you have large breasts….moving on,” a third fan added.
“And tomorrow she’ll say people objectify her. LOL Moronic little brat,” a fourth fan slammed.
“Barf, she is one gross looking thing,” another remark read.
Since breaking out onto the scene at 13, Billie Eilish’s body image has been constantly discussed. It is no wonder she succumbed to eating disorders during the early years of her career. Last year, the Ocean Eyes singer discussed her struggles during an interview with Vogue, linking it to the hectic schedule of touring. “I’ve had some really dark times on tour,” Eilish confessed. “For a long time, I was kind of living like it was temporary.”
However, she had a change of perspective and decided to make the Hit Me Hard and Soft tour “enjoyable.” As part of her new resolve, the singer learned how to cook from her mother and, in the process, gradually overcame her eating disorder. Unfortunately, Billie Eilish’s living her best life seems to rub fans the wrong way.
