In the post above, Newsom writes, “Bragging about being the only president repeatedly asked to take a cognitive test… Right,” in a quoted post with a video of the president explaining that Newsom himself should receive a cognitive test.
According to the video, President Donald Trump claims, “We should give Newsom a cognitive test. I took 3 of them. Aced all of them, by the way. You know, I’m the only president to take a cognitive test.”
Some commenters posted a screenshot of what the test allegedly looks like, with one person even commenting, “The fact that he thinks he took a test that was difficult proves his dementia.”
The test referenced is the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, which includes tasks such as memory recall and basic problem-solving. President Trump has claimed that the test is “very hard.”
