Due to a leaked trophy guide for the eagerly anticipated Black Ops 3, A new ‘realistic’ difficulty mode has been discovered.

Reported by Exophase, the new difficulty looks to surpass the already tough mode that is veteran. This will be the first in the Call Of Duty series to include a new difficulty mode.

The trophy ‘no one will believe you’ is rewarded to players upon completion of the campaign mode on the new setting. No other details are known about the mode yet but the term ‘realistic’ could possibly lead to one hit kills? With the campaign this year compatible with up to 4 players, perhaps there is no revive ability or all of your team will have to survive?

The fact that a new difficulty mode has been added to the single player campaign is quite ironic since the single player portion has been removed from the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions. Many felt that the developers were focusing on the multiplayer aspect of Black Ops 3 however Activision denied this and explained;

The ambitious scope of the 1-4 player coop Campaign design of the PS4, Xbox One and PC versions could not be faithfully recreated on old generation hardware.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will be released on November 6th on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC. Black Ops 3 will feature M.O.B.A features this year with preset classes to select and each character will have special abilities. Fans of the series will be pleased to see the zombies mode return this year too.

The Black Ops Series has sold nearly 50 million copies worldwide and held the fastest selling game award until the release of Grand Theft Auto 5 in 2013.

Do you still play the campaign? Are you going to attempt this new difficulty? Let us know in the comments below.
