As you’ve guessed, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Season 2 will be bringing Ghost, the famous character from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, back in action along with a reworked map from that game which is Rust. Besides, players will get access to Gunfight Reloads and its new map Bazaar set in a traditional trading center in Urzikestan. Furthermore, Ground War is going to get Russia-based Zhokov Boneyard as a new playground for players. And Atlas Superstore will join the other maps of the game available in a variety of game modes.
Strike 45 and GRAU 5.56 are the two new main weapons being shown in the trailer of Season 2, and probably more will be coming in the near future, all unlockable through player’s progress in the game. Over 80 items will be available in the second season, all accessible by gaining XP. Similar to the first season, you will be able to get the season pass for the second season of the game, which will reportedly include 100 Tiers of content, 1300 COD Points, and instant access to Ghost. It will cost you $10.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Season 2 kicks-off tomorrow across all platforms. It’s expected to get more new content during Season 2, including some new operations for Special Ops and the highly-rumored Battle Royale mode of the game.
