Candleman: The Complete Journey, developed by Spotlightor Interactive, launch date has been announced for the PC. The game will be coming to steam on January 31, 2018.

The game is priced at $14.99 and was first launched on the Xbox One in 2017. Candleman received mostly positive reviews when it was released on the Xbox One. However, it did not have that many user reviews. Candleman: The Complete Journey is a fairytale adventure featuring challenging platforming gameplay that blends light and shadow. Players venture through darkness and overcome a wide range of environments in search of a light in the distance. In other words, players are given ten seconds to light up their way and avoid the obstacles blocking their path.

Gao Ming, the creator of Candleman, commented on the progress of the game. He said:

“The game’s positive reception from press and players overwhelmed us for the whole year after its debut on Xbox One. We are extremely proud to see the game we created at Ludum Dare 27 be recognized by so many, and we’re incredibly excited to bring this journey to PC players later this month.”

On the steam website, the only description is given: “Despite only being able to burn for 10 seconds, a little candle journeys into the darkness, with the purpose of seeking light.” The 3D platformer, which will be published by Zodiac Interactive, will feature the “Lost Light” DLC. This DLC was released for the Xbox One and will make a comeback. It contains a new time challenge mode, enhanced performance and framerate optimizations, and 4K resolution support. The game requires 4 GB available storage space to run and recommends players to have an Intel CPU Core i7.
