This article is over 2 years old and may contain outdated information.

The new Captain Price’s Revenge is a new Warzone event that has surprisingly been trending during the past couple of days. With reaching the end of the Halloween event in Warzone and MW2, rumors are spreading for a second event to be held during the last days before the official and complete release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. However, the information on Captain Price’s Revenge event is so short, and it might be a fake joke after all.

The whole idea of Captain Price’s revenge comes from the recent daily login event that’s been featured in Warzone. In this event, you gather 10 items for your logins, and after the last day, you’ll be receiving a Bryson 800 Shotgun blueprint. Now most players might think that this is the Price’s Revenge event they’re looking for, but things are quite different.

After you’ve taken the Bryson 800 blueprint, go to its preview and check the stickers on it. If you flip it around, you’ll find a small yellow sticker with the words “Captain Price’s Revenge” written on it. Now if you pay close attention, you’ll find a date written beside the sticker, which points to the release date of this event.

The Captain Price’s Revenge in-game event starts on October 31 at 8 p.m. in Warzone. The stickers note that this event will be held in Al Mazrah City, so if you want to reach out to it you must be playing the Al Mazrah map. However, there are no notes on whether you have to play the Battle Royale or DMZ mode. Maybe it’ll be available in all game modes just like The Haunting event was during the past couple of weeks.

Nonetheless, the only piece of official intel on this event is the post from Infinity Ward, stating that the amount of Souls you can capture in the game will increase in the game. The developers would have announced the event sooner if there was anything to see on October 31, but there’s still a chance to see shocking news going on in Al Mazrah City today; especially for the release of Modern Warfare 3 Campaign mode for the early access players on November 2.
