During the weekend, a disgruntled customer drove his car through a CarMax lobby in Inglewood, after not being happy with the final appraisal. In the video, the customer drove straight into the lobby, injuring several people in the establishment and causing a lot of havoc inside the CarMax dealership. While the perpetrator has already been arrested, the damage he caused to the building and the people was severe, with two people being critically injured.
The original video comes from Instagram user @33Migz, but reached the r/LosAngeles subreddit, too. According to the one recording and authorities, the event occurred on Saturday, March 8. The report by ABC7 News claims the customer was getting an appraisal for their car. Since the client supposedly didn’t like the offer, they rammed their vehicle through the dealership’s door, drove across the lobby, and injured several people. So far, eight people were injured, with two of them sent to the hospital due to critical injuries. Miguel A. Hernandez, the one who recorded the video, claims he was there to purchase a car when the events transpired. The company released a statement about the situation. Those affected included employees of the CarMax at Inglewood and other customers.
While the event was terrible, some people claim that the rates at CarMax are not so reasonable right now and even mock the prices.

While it is uncertain, other customers at the site claim that the driver was angry about the offer. Bystanders said the disgruntled customer entered their vehicle and proceeded to ram the establishment’s entrance. According to them, the individual tried to drive into the building several times.
In the end, it seems that the perpetrator got arrested. However, there isn’t any news regarding the condition of those injured.
