Carrie Underwood Shows Off Leg Workout On Instagram
Getting her heart rate up during a series of indoor workouts, Carrie showed fans the moves she undertakes regularly to keep her sculpted legs in shape.
Rocking a hot pink two-piece in her first look, the mom of two kept practical in shorts and a tank top, flaunting her toned upper body as well as her legs as she toe-tapped from side to side.
Also included were high leg lifts as Carrie ran on the spot while clad in leggings, with fans also seeing her delivering slow, sustained lunges, plus deep squats. For the latter, the singer put her body through even more effort as she held heavy dumbbells in each hand. Parts of the footage also featured trainer and app cofounder, Eve Overland, with text telling fans that the workout is “easy to follow” and can be done “absolutely anywhere.”

Following her 2005 American Idol win, the star restricted her eating to an unhealthy level, also admitting to obsessing about using workout equipment. Speaking out many years later, the star admitted that she wasn’t “eating enough calories,” but that didn’t know “how many calories I should be eating.”
