Carrie Underwood is showing off her super-fit figure as she pumps iron and ups her “exercise showdown” game on Instagram. The country singer, 39, is now a full-blown fitness authority in the celebrity space, and she’s built two businesses off it. In 2015, Carrie launched her CALIA clothing line. In 2020, she founded the pandemic-popular Fit52 workout app.
In a recent video shared to the Fit52 Instagram, Carrie wowed fans as she lifted weights and highlighted her super-toned figure, also making sure to promote the app she co-founded with trainer Eve Overland.

Seen briefly before the post switched to video mode, Carrie delivered a drop squat that worked both her thighs and glutes. Rocking a white pair of leggings as she went figure-hugging, the Grammy winner added in a loose training tank in pastel purple.
Holding heavy dumbbells in each hand, Carrie impressed fans with her strength but also gave them a choice. The post moved on to showcase two workout moves. One is Carrie’s favorite, and the other is trainer Eve’s first choice. Keep scrolling for the video!

“CHOOSE YOUR MOVE,” fans were told. They then saw both Carrie and Eve delivering Double Mountain Climbers and Jump Lunges.
In a caption urging fans to get active, Fit52 wrote: “Get ready for Round 3 of our Exercise Showdown series with brand new moves for October! 💪,” adding: “Remember: these moves are two faves from @carrieunderwood and @eveoverlandfitness, and they both go head-to-head for YOUR vote!”
Fans were even asked to share their choice in the comments.
